What does the filter remove?
Chlorine, sediment, rust particles and other common impurities. The stuff that dries out skin and hair. Less chlorine, softer showers.
When will I start seeing results?
Most people notice softer skin and less frizz with full results by the first month.
Will it soften my water?
No, Klenzy filters out chlorine, rust, and sediment, not hardness minerals. For true softening you'd need a separate water softener.
Will it fit my shower?
Yes, it uses a universal standard connector. No tools or plumbing needed.
Does it reduce water pressure?
No noticeable drop. Full pressure, cleaner water.
How do I install it?
1. Unscrew your old showerhead
2. Wrap threads with the included tape if needed
3. Screw Klenzy on and hand-tighten
4. Run your water to clear the carbon and dust for 2 minutes, no tools required.
It's leaking after install — what do I do?
Usually just the washer or threads. Check the washer is seated, add plumber's tape, hand-tighten (don't overtighten). Still leaking? Contact us and we'll fix it.
How long does a filter last?
About 2–3 months of daily use (roughly 10,000–13,000 liters). The typical lifespan for shower filter cartridges. We recommend replacing on schedule even if the water still looks clear, since filtration drops off before that's visible.
How do I replace it?
Unscrew the showerhead, twist open the housing, swap the old cartridge for a new one, reattach. Under a minute.
